Surface Armor™ Versatile Crack Repair and Overlay
When your project requires a visual refresh or a continuous, jointless look, Surface Armor™ serves as the ideal structural micro-topping that is applied in very thin lifts, maximum 1/16” (1.6mm). This polymer-modified system is a high-performance solution that can be used alone for for filling small cracks and surface repairs or applied as a final refining layer over Elephant Armor® to harmonize severely damaged areas with existing surfaces. Crack Fill & Grout Coat™ Hairline Crack Repair & Refined Surface Overlay
For the finest details, Crack Fill & Grout Coat™ provides the critical finish coat. When applied as a Crack Fill, this ultra-fine mortar is engineered specifically to penetrate and fill hairline cracks, preventing water intrusion and protecting the substrate from further environmental damage. When applied as a Grout Coat, it provides a thin, high-strength overlays up to 3/64” (1mm) that acts as a durable visual enhancement.
