For heavy-duty structural repair, Elephant Armor® DOT Industrial Grade Mortar is the backbone of the family. This zero-polymer, fiber-reinforced, Engineered Ductile Mortar (EDM) is designed to “flex without failure,” making it the go-to choice for high traffic infrastructure like highways, bridges, and airport runways. It can be placed to fill wide cracks and in lifts up to 2” to fill deep spalls and uneven surfaces where traditional mortars would fail.
Designed for critical infrastructure, it reaches 4,000 psi in just 4 hours (and up to 7,000 psi at 28 days), facilitating a rapid return to service where every hour of closure counts.

Elephant Armor® Asphalt Repair and Micro-trenching Reinstatement is a single component, black, cementitious, fiber reinforced, fast setting mortar that is formulated specifically for asphalt surfaces providing a ductile solution that moves with the flexible nature of asphalt without delaminating.
Elephant Armor® has zero toxic emissions and no offensive chemical odors, protecting both the installation crew and the public.

Versatile Crack Repair and Overlay
When your project requires a visual refresh or a continuous, jointless look, Surface Armor™ serves as the ideal structural micro-topping that is applied in very thin lifts, maximum 1/16” (1.6mm). This polymer-modified system is a high-performance solution that can be used alone for for filling small cracks and surface repairs or applied as a final refining layer over Elephant Armor® to harmonize severely damaged areas with existing surfaces. Because Surface Armor™ readily accepts pigments, it is the premier choice for decorative applications where a smooth or textured finish must match a specific color palette while providing a seamless, uniform appearance.

For the finest details, Crack Fill & Grout Coat™ provides the critical finish coat. When applied as a Crack Fill, this ultra-fine mortar is engineered specifically to penetrate and fill hairline cracks, preventing water intrusion and protecting the substrate from further environmental damage. When applied as a Grout Coat, it provides ultra-thin, high-strength overlays up to 3/64” (1mm) that acts as a durable visual enhancement. The result is a continuous, uniform surface across the entire project that mirrors the look of a new pour while offering superior protection. Beyond standalone repair, Crack Fill & Grout Coat™ can also used as a final finish coat over Elephant Armor® repairs
