Zero-Polymer, Engineered Ductility
The Elephant Armor® DOT and Asphalt Repair® are single component, zero- polymer, engineered ductal mortars. By removing polymers and focusing on an engineered ductile matrix, we’ve created a material that can flex and take movement without the brittleness common in traditional repair products.
Molecular vs. Mechanical Bonding
While most mortars rely solely on a mechanical grip, the Elephant Armor® line creates a fully engaged molecular bond within the mortar matrix. This results in a bond strength vastly superior to anything else on the market, significantly reducing the risk of delamination or failure.
High-Volume Fiber Loading

Elephant Armor® can be applied as thin as 1/4" (6.35mm) without sacrificing structural integrity (For even thinner applications, see Surface Armor or Crack Fill & Grout Coat.)
Variable Consistency
The "slump" can be adjusted on-site from stiff (zero-slump) for vertical or overhead repairs to flowable for crack filling, simply by modifying the water content.
