Elephant Armor's ease of use and quick set time, allowed the pothole to be permanently repaired with a minimum disruption to bridge traffic. This lane was back to service in less than 3 hours!

It is important to make clean cuts around the perimeter of area to be repaired.
The damaged surface is removed and any loose material is cleaned away with a broom and a blower.
The clean and stable repair area is 'surface saturated dry' (SSD) prior to the placement of Elephant Armor®
Elephant Armor® is easy to prepare, just add water. A ColloMix Xo 55 Duo is required for generating the high shear needed to achieve a homogenous mix.
A GST Textured Roller is used to place and evenly spread out the high fiber mix design of Elephant Armor®.
A GST Squeegee Trowel is used to smooth out the Elephant Armor®.
A tining trowel is then applied to the surface to match the existing bridge deck grooved surface.
