Applying Elephant Armor® as a fill material around the exposed steel.

The first 1/2" lift overlay being applied to the bridge deck.

Areas with exposed rebar are filled and encapsulated with Elephant Armor® prior to final overlay
application of Elephant Armor® DOT.

The first overlay is cured and ready for the second 1/2" lift.

After the second lift has cured, a grooving machine applies the specified texture.
